An export house built around paperwork

Most shipments fail on documents, not on goods. We run six product lines end to end — sourcing, private label, compliance and freight — so a buyer deals with one counterparty instead of five.

Spice market in India
  • 01

    Sourced at origin

Direct relationships with producers across India, so specification changes and volume swings do not pass through a chain of middlemen.

  • 02

    Documented per batch

Certificate of analysis, origin and health paperwork prepared against the destination market's requirements before the container is sealed.

  • 03

    One counterparty

Manufacturing, private label, inspection and freight coordinated under a single quotation and a single point of contact.

02

Export lines

Six vertically managed categories, each with documentation, batch traceability and private-label capability.

03

OEM and private label

Your brand on the shelf, our production and paperwork behind it.

  • 01

    Formulation

Recipes, strengths and formats adjusted to your target market and price point.

  • 02

    Packaging

  • 03

    Artwork and labelling

Label copy in the destination language, with the declarations that market requires.

  • 04

    Documentation

Batch records and certification issued in your buyer's name where required.

Inside the group

Private label is not a theory here. Kaalri is our own consumer brand, built on the same spirulina line we supply to buyers.

10

Common questions

The questions buyers ask before the first order.

  • 01

What is the minimum order quantity?

It varies by line — 100 kg for spirulina and jaggery, 500 pieces per design for jute, 10 units for hydraulic equipment, 1,000 kg for biscuits. Each product card lists its own MOQ. Trial quantities below these are sometimes possible on a first order.

  • 02

Do you supply under our own brand?

Yes. Private label and OEM run across the food and packaging lines — formulation, packaging, artwork and destination-language labelling. Tooling or plate costs, where they apply, are quoted separately.

  • 03

Can we get samples before ordering?

Yes. Reference samples are sent for approval before production, together with the specification sheet the order is produced against. Courier is normally at the buyer's cost and credited against the first order.

  • 04

Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?

Usually FOB, CFR or CIF, with ex-works by agreement. Payment is normally advance or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Both are confirmed in the quotation for your specific order.

  • 05

What documents come with a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, and health, phytosanitary, insurance or fumigation certificates where the destination requires them.

  • 06

How long does an order take?

Production runs from five days to twenty-five depending on the line, plus ocean transit. Use the lane calculator above for an indicative door-to-port figure; confirmed schedules are issued with the quotation.
